All psychological therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed. A collaboratively agreed regular weekly time slot will be reserved for you each week should you wish to proceed with therapy.
Weekly attendance is important as part of the treatment plan in order to achieve progress in therapy.
Please note late cancellations and missed sessions are payable in full unless 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Fees for workshops, seminars and wellness packages are available upon request.
Dr Aisha Ali is a BPS Chartered Consultant Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years experience of working within the NHS in complex care and private practice. Aisha provides Islamic Counselling, premarital, personal and Islamic marriage therapy and coaching to individuals, couples and families presenting with complex psychological and emotional issues.
